Zara was a very nice therapist. She was very helpful in working out the knots in my shoulder and back. Very relaxing massage and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere
Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing massage experiences I’ve had. Payment was collected before the service, but there was virtually no intake. I was not asked about areas of concern, pressure preferences, injuries, or goals for the session. Before the massage began, the therapist re-entered the room with my credit card slip without knocking while I was changing. At the end of the session, she again left the room and returned with water without knocking while I was getting dressed and topless. The lack of privacy and professional courtesy made me uncomfortable. The draping was also extremely concerning. Instead of creating a barrier and maintaining coverage during the turnover from face-down to face-up, the covering was completely removed and placed on the floor while I turned over. When it was placed back on me, it only covered me from the waist down. I was left covering my chest with my hands and then was asked to perform stretches that required me to move my arms, leaving my breasts fully exposed. When I attempted to adjust the covering myself, the therapist asked if I was cold. My concern was not temperature—it was privacy and appropriate draping. I don’t have an issue with nudity in environments where it is expected and clearly communicated. However, this was a professional massage setting, and I expected standard draping practices and respect for modesty. The therapist also appeared to be actively sick and was sniffling throughout the session. I provided feedback about the areas I wanted addressed and the pressure I preferred, but those requests were largely ignored. Near the end of the massage, there was also an attempt to crack or adjust my neck without any prior discussion or consent. After the appointment, I contacted management and explained my concerns. I was told the situation would be addressed and that they would “fix this” for me. When I asked what that meant and later requested a partial refund, I received no further response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Professional communication, client privacy, proper draping, informed consent, and responsiveness to concerns are basic expectations in a massage setting, and unfortunately my experience fell far short of those standards. As a massage therapist myself, I understand that not every session is going to be a perfect fit, and I even tipped $10 in good faith because I know how hard this profession can be. An $80 massage that isn’t effective is one thing. An $80 massage that leaves you feeling exposed, uncomfortable, and without basic privacy is another. What bothered me most wasn’t the massage style itself. It was the repeated lack of professionalism: entering the room without knocking while I was undressed, inadequate draping that left me unnecessarily exposed, poor communication, ignoring feedback, attempting neck manipulation without discussion or consent, and management’s lack of follow-through after I raised these concerns. By the end of the appointment, I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me questioning the level of training, professionalism, and oversight within this business.
Massage are pretty amazing and place is very clean
They ask for more than $10 for tip. Told me if give less than $10 on tip. She said ‘’Don’t come back’’
